color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Les splines <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"st\"><em>Spline<\/em> est un mot anglais qui d\u00e9signe une <em>latte<\/em> en bois flexible qui \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e par les dessinateurs pour tracer des courbes passant par des points fix\u00e9s, notamment dans la construction navale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-26852 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.makerslide-machines.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/latte-spline.jpg\" alt=\"latte-spline\" width=\"316\" height=\"209\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>L&rsquo;utilisation des splines en C.A.O<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>premi\u00e8re utilisation<\/strong> des courbes spline en C.A.O a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pierre_B%C3%A9zier\"><strong>M. Pierre Bezier<\/strong> <\/a><\/span>en 1950, ing\u00e9nieur chez Renault, il a mis au point des courbes avec des \u00e9quations math\u00e9matiques pour permettre la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">conception de pi\u00e8ces automobiles par ordinateur et ensuite le pilotage des machines outils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il existait des courbes d&rsquo;ajustement avant les travaux de M. Pierre Bezier mais celles ci changeaient d&rsquo;aspect lors d&rsquo;une rotation de rep\u00e8re, ce qui les rendait inutilisables en<strong> C.A.O<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Courbe_de_B%C3%A9zier\">M. Bezier<\/a><\/span> a ensuite cr\u00e9er sa propre entreprise et ses courbes qui portent son nom on \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s \u00e9galement dans l&rsquo;industrie informatique notamment par Xerox, Apple Adobe puis Microsoft.<br \/>\nPresque au m\u00eame moment des recherches \u00e9taient \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9es sur les courbes param\u00e9triques par Paul de Casteljau de Citroen et de M de Boor de G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Motors.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-26851 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.makerslide-machines.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Bezier_forth_anim.gif\" alt=\"Bezier_forth_anim\" width=\"290\" height=\"120\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La forme des courbes de B\u00e9zier est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par les quelques points d&rsquo;un polygone de contr\u00f4le.<br \/>\nLes modifications de la forme sont ainsi faciles et ais\u00e9ment reproductibles.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Une am\u00e9lioration des courbes de B\u00e9zier, les NURBS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>\nLes NURBS (<i><strong>N<\/strong>on-<strong>U<\/strong>niform <strong>R<\/strong>ational <strong>B<\/strong>asis <strong>S<\/strong>plines) <\/i>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises au point dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, elles permettent de contr\u00f4ler la courbure des surfaces par une grille de points.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-26856 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.makerslide-machines.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/nurbs.jpg\" alt=\"nurbs\" width=\"658\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; )<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9sultat de la mod\u00e9lisation effectu\u00e9e par les diff\u00e9rents intervenants peut \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 directement dans le workspace \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">CAM<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb pour pr\u00e9parer la fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">PATCH<\/span> et <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SCULPT<\/span> peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9aliser des formes organiques gr\u00e2ce a la cr\u00e9ation de profils et surfaces courbes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par des splines et T-spline.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mod\u00e9lisation param\u00e9trique et directe :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">La mod\u00e9lisation param\u00e9trique<\/span> permet de mod\u00e9liser des volumes et des assemblages de pi\u00e8ces en fonction de param\u00e8tres qui peuvent \u00eatre facilement modifi\u00e9s ( dimensions, relations g\u00e9om\u00e9triques &#8230; ), ces param\u00e8tres correspondent aux dimensions et g\u00e9om\u00e9tries fonctionnelles ( conditions pour que le m\u00e9canisme fonctionne ). La mod\u00e9lisation param\u00e9trique est l&rsquo;id\u00e9al pour la mod\u00e9lisation de m\u00e9canismes, de machines.<\/p>\n<p>Le principe de la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">mod\u00e9lisation directe<\/span> c&rsquo;est faire de la sculpture en poussant et tirant des surfaces, ce qui permet une grande libert\u00e9 de forme et une plus grande souplesse, possibilit\u00e9 de faire des modifications tr\u00e8s rapidement sans contraintes. C&rsquo;est le principe de mod\u00e9lisation id\u00e9al pour les designers, les artistes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; background-color: #ffff99;\">Fusion 360 permet avec un m\u00eame logiciel de mod\u00e9liser de mani\u00e8re param\u00e9trique et directe et de passer d&rsquo;un mode \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre facilement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Passage des surfaces T-splines aux volumes dans fusion 360<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26869\"
