In the list of\u00a0 \u201cPost Configuration<\/strong>\u201d there is a post-processor \u00ab\u00a0Smoothie<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb but this one is more suitable for 3D printers and laser cutters with smoothieboard electronic card, not for the case of Formosa CNCs that have a smoothieboard card but a hardware configuration quite different from the 3D printers and<\/span> Laser cutters.<\/span>
\nYou can use a generic post processor or download the post processor \u00ab\u00a0Formosa<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00bb <\/span>
\nThis file need to be be unzipped, and placed in the same folder as the other postprocessors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour cr\u00e9er le Gcode <\/strong>avec fusion 360, il faut aller dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0Action<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb puis \u00ab\u00a0Post Process<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\"Post-process-11\"<\/p>\n

Dans la liste des \u00ab\u00a0Post Configuration<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb il y a un postprocesseur \u00ab\u00a0Smoothie\u00a0\u00bb mais celui ci est plus adapt\u00e9e pour des imprimantes 3D et d\u00e9coupeuses Laser avec carte \u00e9lectronique type smoothieboard, pas pour le cas des CNC Formosa qui ont une carte smoothieboard mais une configuration mat\u00e9rielle assez diff\u00e9rente que des imprimantes 3D et d\u00e9coupeuses laser.
\nVous pouvez utiliser un post processeur g\u00e9n\u00e9rique ou t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le post processeur \u00ab\u00a0Formosa<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00bb ci dessous.
\nCe fichier est \u00e0 d\u00e9zipper, \u00e0 placer dans le m\u00eame dossier que les autres postprocesseurs.<\/p>\n

1 )<\/strong> Une fois que vous avez plac\u00e9 votre fichier postprocesseur dans le dossier des autres postprocesseurs, vous pouvez le choisir dans la liste.<\/p>\n

2\u00a0) Vous pouvez choisir la vitesse de d\u00e9placement rapide ( G0)
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"go-g1\"<\/p>\n

La vitesse de d\u00e9placement rapide est celle qui sera activ\u00e9e par la commande Gcode G0<\/strong>.
\nC’est une vitesse de d\u00e9placement quand l’outil n’est pas actif.
\nLa vitesse de d\u00e9placement rapide doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 la vitesse de d\u00e9placement maxi de la machine.<\/p>\n

Pour les CNC Formosa<\/strong> la vitesse de d\u00e9placement maxi est de 4000 mm\/min.<\/span>
\nLa vitesse de d\u00e9placement Go\u00a0 qui d\u00e9pend de la valeur hightFeedrate<\/strong> du postprocesseur peut \u00eatre entre\u00a0 2000 et 4000 mm\/min<\/p>\n

3 )<\/strong><\/span> Si vous souhaitez examiner le Gcode g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 avant de lancer l’usinage, vous pouvez cocher la case \u00ab\u00a0Open NC file\u00a0 in editor.
