underline;\">Augmenter le voltage<\/span> permet avec le m\u00eame couple d&rsquo;effectuer <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">des d\u00e9placements plus rapides<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">B\u00a0) Vitesse maxi<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" \u00eatre diff\u00e9rente pour les axes XY et l&rsquo;axe Z<br \/>\nL&rsquo;axe Z peut \u00eatre entrain\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me vis trap\u00e9zoidale et les axes XY par un autre syst\u00e8me pignon diff\u00e9rence entre vitesse d&rsquo;un axe et vitesse de l&rsquo;actionneur.<\/p>\n<p>En effet la vitesse des actionneurs d&rsquo;une imprimante 3D Delta est diff\u00e9rente de la vitesse des axes X et Y.<br \/>\nNe confondez donc pas <strong>x_axis_max_speed<\/strong> et <strong>alpha_max_rate<\/strong> dans le fichier de config.<br \/>\nBien que pour une machine cart\u00e9sienne ce qui est le cas de la quasi totalit\u00e9 des fraiseuses CNC, vitesse actionneur = vitesse de l&rsquo;axe.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>C\u00a0) diff\u00e9rente selon que le moteur est en zone de <span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\">d\u00e9marrage (passage de 0 mm\/mn \u00e0 la vitesse attendue)<\/span> et le moment ou l&rsquo;axe d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9 est maintenu en vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La solution consiste \u00e0 avoir pour chaque d\u00e9placement une <span style=\"text-decoration: mm.s\u00b2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vous irez vers les <strong>3000 mm.s\u00b2<\/strong> si votre machine \u00e0 des masses en d\u00e9placement assez faible et si le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;entrainement permet des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations rapides ( moteurs lin\u00e9aires, pignon \/ courroie crant\u00e9e, pignon \/ cr\u00e9maill\u00e8res )<br \/>\nVous irez vers les <strong>200 mm.s\u00b2<\/strong> si vous avez une CNC avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en mouvement lourds et massifs.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de formules math\u00e9matiques simples permettant de d\u00e9terminer la bonne acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, c&rsquo;est par l&rsquo;observation ( est ce que la machine perd des pas ?\u00a0 il y a t&rsquo;il des saccades ou les mouvements sont fluides ? ) que vous d\u00e9terminerez la bonne valeur d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>D\u00a0) Changement de direction<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30776 alignleft\" est proportionnelle \u00e0 l&rsquo;importance du changement de direction.<br \/>\nImaginez l&rsquo;usinage d&rsquo;un arc de cercle qui est constitu\u00e9 en fait de centaines de petites segments avec des changements de direction faibles mais tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9s, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations permanentes seraient ing\u00e9rables et feraient perdre beaucoup de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Les valeurs de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations maxi en fonction des changements de direction peuvent aller de <span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>0.05<\/strong><\/span> \u00e0 <span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>0.005<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>0.05<\/strong> si votre machine est rapide et agile et <strong>0.005<\/strong> si elle \u00e0 beaucoup d&rsquo;inertie.
