Celle-ci apparait en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale 4 \u00e0 8 heures apr\u00e8s exposition \u00e0 la pyrolyse du PTFE.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">MDF et Valcromat :<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>La r\u00e9sine employ\u00e9e dans le MDF est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de ~10% de colle ur\u00e9e-formald\u00e9hyde (urea-formaldehyde resin glue). En 2004, l&rsquo;International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a pass\u00e9 le MDF de \u00ab\u00a0probablement canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne reconnu\u00a0\u00bb associ\u00e9 au cancer du sinus, du nasopharynx, et \u00e9ventuellement de la leuc\u00e9mie.<br \/>\nLe MDF produit \u00e9galement beaucoup de fum\u00e9 et encrasse l&rsquo;optique<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Fibre de verre :<\/span><\/span><\/strong> le verre n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9coupable seulement gravable avec poussi\u00e8res nocives, la r\u00e9sine dans la fibre de verre \u00e9met des d\u00e9gagement de fum\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Fibre de carbone :<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> La fibre de carbone seule sans r\u00e9sine ( v\u00eatement ) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9 avec un certain effilochage de la fibre et d\u00e9gagement de particules particuli\u00e8rement nocives. Une fois recouvert de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy la d\u00e9coupe n&rsquo;est plus possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 :<\/span><\/span><\/strong> prend feu, ce mat\u00e9riau est la premi\u00e8re cause de d\u00e9part de feu dans les machines laser !<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">Polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 :<\/span><\/strong> prend feu sous la forme expans\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne Haute Densit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (bouteilles de lait) : la mati\u00e8re fond, ne se d\u00e9coupe pas<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Polycarbonate :<\/strong><\/span><\/span> pour les \u00e9paisseurs sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1mm, se d\u00e9coupe tr\u00e8s mal, prend feu.<br \/>\nLes vitres de protection des machine Laser sont souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en PC, car ce dernier absorbe particuli\u00e8rement bien l&rsquo;infrarouge (spectre Laser CO2). En effet, ce dernier aura plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 fondre plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 se vaporiser, ce qui fait qu&rsquo;il aura tendance \u00e0 prendre feu tout en laissant un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de mati\u00e8re fondue au passage du faisceau. Par contre l&rsquo;ABS peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des plaques Bicouche pour la gravure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008000; font-size: 14pt; Existe en diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs 0.8mm 1.5mm 2.4mm. La profondeur de gravure est de 0.1mm<br \/>\nCes plaques peuvent \u00eatre grav\u00e9es mais pas d\u00e9coup\u00e9es \u00e0 la laser C02.
