The origin of the machining in X and Y, the point from the tool have reference to move\u00a0correspond with the origin of
\ncoordinate system in your drawing in the machining preparation software (exemple CAMBAM in the picture)<\/p>\n

Warning !<\/span><\/strong> Check where\u00a0your drawing is located relative to the origin, if you set origin\u00a0at the bottom left of the machine it will not have negative movements for machining for exemple X -100 Y -500 mouvement will be impossible.<\/p>\n

\nThe simplest method is to move\u00a0your tool head just in the place you whant set the X and Y origin\u00a0and then adjust the origins of the machine by moving the stop setting part as explained in the video below cons.<\/p>\n

L’origine de l’usinage en X et Y, le points \u00e0 partir duquel va se d\u00e9placer l’outil doit correspondre avec l’origine des
\ncoordonn\u00e9e de votre dessin dans le logiciel de pr\u00e9paration d’usinage ( CAMBAM par exemple )<\/p>\n

Attention !<\/span><\/span><\/strong> V\u00e9rifiez ou est situ\u00e9 votre dessin par rapport aux origines, si vous r\u00e9glez l’origine en bas \u00e0 gauche de la machine il ne pourra pas avoir de d\u00e9placements n\u00e9gatifs pour l’usinage X-100\u00a0 Y-500 sera impossible par exemple.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9glage des origines X et Y<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nLa m\u00e9thode la plus simple, c’est de placer et fixer votre pi\u00e8ce et ensuite r\u00e9gler les origines de la machine en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant les but\u00e9es comme c’est expliqu\u00e9 dans la vid\u00e9o ci-contre.<\/p>\n

Pour le r\u00e9glage du \u00ab\u00a00\u00a0\u00bb en Z dans la vid\u00e9o c’est un capteur sans fil qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9.
\nCelui ci coute un peu cher vous pouvez vous procurer \u00e9galement un capteur filaire ou bien vous fabriquer vous m\u00eame un capteur avec une simple plaque d’aluminium ou de m\u00e9tal comme ceux qui sont vendu avec les cnc shopbot.<\/p>\n

Un c\u00e2ble fix\u00e9 a une plaque d’aluminium et un autre avec en extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 une pince crocodile ou de chargeur de batterie sont reli\u00e9s vers la partie \u00e9lectronique. La pince est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 l’outil qui est conducteur et quand l’outil descend pour toucher la plaque il ferme le circuit \u00e9lectrique, il y a d\u00e9tection de la position de la broche au dessus de la plaque.
\nIl faudra mesurer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment avec un pied \u00e0 coulisse l’\u00e9paisseur de la plaque d’aluminium afin de r\u00e9gler dans le logiciel un offset qui indique que l’origine Z est la valeur d\u00e9tect\u00e9e moins l’\u00e9paisseur de la plaque.<\/p>\n
